Autos As Art came about as the perfect marriage between two of my biggest passions, Motorsport and Photography. As a lifelong petrol head, and at the time, a keen amateur photographer, I was asked by a family member if I was interested in going along with him to watch some bike racing, and that it might be a good opportunity to indulge my photography hobby. Naturally I accepted! That first day out shooting motorsport made a lightbulb go off in my head and made me realise this was all I ever wanted to do.

After some time building my experience and skill set, I got my first real break courtesy of the official TR54 fan club, to whom I am forever in debt. I was invited join them on track (that's me in bib 0123) to photograph 2021 WSBK Champion Toprak Razgatlioglu's post race celebrations after his historic career first triple win weekend at Donington Park Race Circuit during the 2022 season. In that moment I captured some of my all time favourite images, 3 of which adorn the walls of my home! 

I got my next big break when I secured the role of team photographer for British Superbike Championship CDH Racing which has been an incredibly rewarding and enjoyable experience. Having the opportunity to be part of a team, build friendships, and get a a behind the scenes view of the working of a racing team has been a fascinating experience for me.
